Mother of Mercy, you are most compassionate and considerate toward us sinners. Queen of Grace, Mother of Glory, and Queen of all mankind, we come before you burdened with worldly sorrows. Our anguished hearts flutter like a bewildered butterfly that has lost its way. Like a fish cast upon dry land, we fall helpless at your feet. Turn your merciful eyes toward us as we stand before the gates of your loving heart.
Merciful Mother, comforter of the afflicted, let the flames of your mercy consume all dangers, threats, poisons, and dreadful diseases that creep toward us. Embrace with your loving heart all who are possessed or tormented by the evil one. Wash them with the tears of your holy eyes and bring them to the feet of your loving Son, Jesus Christ.
Blessed Mother, I place my family under your care, along with all those who guide and lead us. Guard and guide us each day. Remove our worries, sorrows, trials, and temptations. Grant consolation to all who seek your help. Heal the sick, wipe away the tears of the lonely, and free those bound by witchcraft or tormented by evil. Through your mercy, help all people receive your love and protection more and more, and assist us in living a holy life. Look kindly upon the prayers that comfort your merciful heart. Protect our families through your powerful intercession. Amen.
